where am i going?
and throughout the ages, philosphers asked those qns and attempted to solve it. and as such different ppl have different intepretations towards Meaning of Life. some believes that there is a divine purpose in life and the supreme being has authority over everything. while others have secular definitions over a life which they called fulfilling. like money, love, authority.
but nihilists and atheists reckon that life itself does not have an inherent meaning. we are just aimless animaless wandering in the vast empty lands. whatever good or evil that happen in the world is just a random occurance. the divine eye doesnt look over the humanity and give protection to those in need. cuz there is no divine eye. the good, bad, and the ugly were just useless terms when there is no such thing called the moral standards. therefore when life is so meaningless, people are entitled to do anything they like.
God is dead. Nietzche the nihilist philospher exclaimed. and Nietzche went mad in the end.
why believe in life when life is so meaningless. and ever since i left church, it seems that all the meaning of life were taken away from me. it seems that life has come to an end to me. i have nothing to struggle of. i am living in comfort. im not in a dire need. i dont have a perfect childhood but my parents love me a lot. im not rich and wealthy but my family is well to do. i dont have any rare talents but ppl acknowledge my abilities.
but what i need most is a purpose in life. something thats worth living. something thats worth sacrifising for. something thats gonna pull me out of my comfort bubble im living in.
i know there will be lots of ppl who are gonna rebuke me for being a lucky brat who is wasting his time wondering whats The Meaning of Life. but the most saddening ppl in this world are those who do not have a purpose.
